REPOA, an independent, non-profit research institution established in 1994, is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from credible real estate developers for the development of its land property located at Regent Estate, Dar es Salaam.
Project Overview
REPOA aims to develop, operate, and manage the proposed property through a financing and property development model that ensures mutual benefits for both the developer and REPOA. The project should contribute to REPOA’s vision of strengthening policy research capacity and informing socio-economic development strategies.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualified local and international real estate developers are invited to submit their EOIs, which must include:
- Company Profile – Legal status, experience, and evidence of at least three similar projects in Tanzania.
- Financial Capability – Proof of financial resources to undertake the project.
- Development Concept – Preliminary financing plan and benefit-sharing structure.
Submission Requirements
Interested developers must confirm:
- No conflicts of interest or legal barriers regarding engagement with REPOA.
- Compliance with national and international quality and environmental standards.
- Adherence to national laws and regulations governing property development.
REPOA reserves the right to accept or reject any EOI based on its long-term development and sustainability objectives. Shortlisted developers will be invited for further discussions.
